Mr. Googly

Mr. Googly usually comes to class to help present a new topic, and to help with classroom management. Firstly, the students are told there is a special guest, but he is very shy and sensitive to noise and sudden movements. Therefor, the students have to be on their best behavior.

The lesson then starts with a conversation between Mr. Googly and the teacher about the subject being taught. Students who are sitting nicely with their feet under their desks and hands raised can ask questions to Mr. Googly. There isn’t a script that the teacher uses (unless desired) and he is used impromptu according to how the conversations unfolds in the classroom.

Mr. Googly has a few special activities he does that motivates the students to participate. For example, if a student shares something with the class, then Mr. Googly flies over and dances on their head or gives them a kiss on check. Mr. Googly is also known to eat his nose!

Bay Googly genellikle sınıfa yeni bir konuyu sunmaya ve sınıf yönetimine yardımcı olmak için gelir. İlk olarak, öğrencilere özel bir misafir olduğu ancak çok utangaç olduğu, gürültüye ve ani hareketlere duyarlı olduğu söylenir. Öğretmenin kullanacağı bir metin yoktur ve Bay Googly, sınıftaki konuşmaların nasıl geliştiğine göre anlık olarak kullanılır.

Bay Googly’nin öğrencilerin katılımını teşvik etmek için yaptığı bazı özel etkinlikleri vardır. Örneğin, bir öğrenci sınıf ile bir şey paylaşırsa, Bay Googly üzerlerine uçar ve başlarında dans eder veya yanaklarına bir öpücük kondurur. Bay Googly kendi burnunu yemesiyle de tanınır!
